What is a Mall for us?

A Shopping Mall is a meeting place where people do social activities, it is where people can solve problems (pay services, have medical services, wash the car, offices, etc) of their daily life and also where they meet each other to relax and have a good time (dining, movies, events, spa, etc.).

For us, a Shopping Mall is not a set of stores which are rented just to sell. It is a place which brings different solutions and experiences to the people of a given community. Depending on the city or area the Mall is located it can add new features or modified others.

For instance, in places like Dubai, a Mall is where local people do many activities such us: pay services, do work out, go to cinemas, wash the car, go to the bank, etc. It is a place where people expend lots of time because the high temperatures. Another example can be where the temperatures are low like Saint Petersburg and finally another good example is Miami where millions of tourists go to the Mall like an attraction of their holidays.

Our Product was developed based on the interpretation before, considering the activities and interactions that happens in the Mall from the viewpoint of customers, tenants, mall managers and mall owners.

In addition, we believe that we must be open to changes and the realities of every business, thus we are open to customize and extend it if your Mall requires.

It is built by having in mind the omnichannel retail approach to add many digital channel as possible in an integrated point of managment.
This simple but advanced solution can be used from small Malls to Mall Groups to manage multiple malls in an unified way.

Mall - Sign Up	Users can sign up to the Mall to be part of it and later can buy, get offers, etc.
Mall - Login	To login into the system providing e-mail and password.
Mall - News Main Panel	News carousel which is shown on the application home. Here the Mall can publish main events, news, offers from the shops.
Mall - News Secondary Panel	Another section on the home page to show main events, news, offers from the shops.
Mall - Hot Sales	Another section on the home page to show hot sales from the shops.
Mall - Products	Another section on the home page to show main products from the shops.
Mall - Comments	A section where customer's comments are published.
Mall - Blog	A Carousel where are shown post and news.
Mall - Associated business	A section where main stores or associated business are published.
Mall - Information	It shows information about the mall like: address, phone, email, map, etc.

Mall - Delivery Module	The Mall can monitor all purchases which have be delivered and assign the courier to the delivery

SmartChat - Chat	It is chat system which is enabled on every store. With this a customer can chat to the stores, a store can send a product and add it to the shopping cart. It is a chat for sales!

Monitoring cameras	Monitor from a central point the entire mall. We connect each camera inside of the Mall and send the streaming to the backoffice.
Car plate recognition	We provide cameras that recognizes the plate number (for the parking lot) and send it to the system. Have a detail control of all cars that come in and out

People counter	We put counters on the mains spots of the mall to know the people's flows.
Temperature sensors	On key spots we put sensors to measure the temperature
Noise sensors	On key spots we put sensors to measure the level of noise
