What is a Mall for us?
A Shopping Mall is a meeting place where people do social activities, it is where people can solve problems (pay services, have medical services, wash the car, offices, etc) of their daily life and also where they meet each other to relax and have a good time (dining, movies, events, spa, etc.).
For us, a Shopping Mall is not a set of stores which are rented just to sell. It is a place which brings different solutions and experiences to the people of a given community. Depending on the city or area the Mall is located it can add new features or modified others.
For instance, in places like Dubai, a Mall is where local people do many activities such us: pay services, do work out, go to cinemas, wash the car, go to the bank, etc. It is a place where people expend lots of time because the high temperatures. Another example can be where the temperatures are low like Saint Petersburg and finally another good example is Miami where millions of tourists go to the Mall like an attraction of their holidays.
Our Product was developed based on the interpretation before, considering the activities and interactions that happens in the Mall from the viewpoint of customers, tenants, mall managers and mall owners.
In addition, we believe that we must be open to changes and the realities of every business, thus we are open to customize and extend it if your Mall requires.

How do we start?
Step1 : Let's meet each other. The first step is to know you, undersdand your business and concerns, and explain you how we can help by using our products and services. If we agreed to continue we move to the next step.
Step2 : The implementation plan. We have a methodology and planning to implement our product, based on years of working in the IT field, to guide you in a controlled process. We create an implementation project plan consiting of the activites we must do.
Step3: The implementation. We execute the plan to get your Mall online and go live!
Plans
We offer "SmartMall" as Software as Service. With a monthly fee we provide the entire solution. You do not have to buy the software or hardware and spend lots of money in advance!
- All plans include the infraestracture to run SmartMall (web hosting, application servers and databases).
- * We provide a set of hours to customize/extend our product according to your particular requirements.
- ** Monitoring cameras, car plate recognition and IoT are add-ons which can be implemented if your business requires them. The cost is calculated based on the particular implementation.
